Preamble
These Terms & Conditions are concluded between on the one hand, the ATRYOS DMCC Company, Tax Identification Number: 119327, legal form: LTD, (the Vendor) and on the other hand, the person wishing to purchase via its website https://www.customkeychain.ca (the Buyer).
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
The Customer acknowledges having read when ordering, and agrees to be bound by, the following Terms & Conditions without reservation.

Products
The photos illustrating the Products do not fall within the scope of the Contract. Any use and/or reproduction of photos is prohibited. The photos illustrating this Website are subject to terms of use.
Product prices are in pounds. If the order is destined to any country other than Gibraltar, you are the importer of the product(s) ordered. Customs duties, or other local taxes, or import duties, or state taxes may be requested. These duties and amounts are not within the purview of the Company. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities, and qualified organisations for your country. We are not required to check or inform you about customs duties and taxes in your country. We advise you to contact your local authorities for more information.
The prices indicated do not include packaging and shipping costs that will be charged extra and specified to the Buyer on final order confirmation.
Products are offered for sale subject to availability. In case of unavailability of one of the Products, the Buyer is notified via the website with the expected replenishment time, if possible. In the event the Product proves to be unavailable after the order has been validated, the Buyer will have the option to cancel the order by sending an email request for either a refund of the amounts paid within thirty (30) days at the latest after collection, or exchanging the unavailable Product(s) for another.
The Vendor incurs no responsibility in case of stock shortage or unavailability of the Products.
Retention of Title
The products ordered remain the property of the Vendor until full payment is received. In contrast, on the effective date of delivery, the risks (including loss, theft or damage) relating to the Products delivered shall be borne by the Buyer.
No dispute over the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to be duly delivered, as evidenced by the Post Office Computer System (Flashing System).
Order
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of nature, content, and date of the order. The buyer is bound by the information given when placing the order: in case of error in the wording of the addressee’s contact information, the Vendor shall not be held responsible for its inability to deliver the Product.
A new delivery would then be charged to the Buyer.
Payment
When confirming the order, the Buyer will have the choice between the following payment methods:
-Credit Card
Payment must be made by the Buyer when ordering online. At no time, shall payments be considered as deposits or down payments. All orders are payable in pounds, including all taxes and mandatory contributions.
The Buyer certifies to that it has the required permission to use the payment method chosen for the order when registering its purchase order.
ATRYOS DMCC reserves the right to suspend or cancel any execution of order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution can be, in case of default in payment or part payment of any sum payable by the Buyer, in case of a payment incident, or in case of fraud or attempted fraud concerning the use of the Website.
Penalties are automatically applicable to outstanding amounts after a period of ten days following the settlement date or from the date a bank non-payment notification is issued. The shipping of any new order may be suspended in case of late payment or partial payment of a previous order, notwithstanding the provisions hereof.
ATRYOS DMCC reserves the right to request a photocopy of the identity card and/or, if any, of the credit card (front only) and/or proof of address of the Buyer for any credit card payment.
In order to fight against fraudulent activities over the Internet, information pertaining to your order might be communicated to any third party authorized by Law or designated by ATRYOS DMCC for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Buyer, the validity of the order, the method of payment used, and the intended delivery.
ATRYOS DMCC retains full ownership of the products sold until full and complete payment of the price.
Delivery
The average delivery times are between 3 and 4 working days and will be made by Swisspost. The order will be sent 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. The ATRYOS DMCC Company cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred by Swisspost or in case of delay due to a supply problem.
In all cases, any delay in the delivery of the package does not entitle the Buyer to claim damages and interest; we will not be held responsible.
Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Buyer will check the conformity of these Products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken Product, damaged package, etc....) shall be reported by the Buyer by contacting Customer Service by email or by telephone, within the shortest possible time. Any claims made after 14 days will be dismissed by the Vendor.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS:
In case of an error in the delivery address, costs for reshipment shall be payable by the Buyer.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES AT THE POST OFFICE, PICK-UP LOCATION, OR DEALER:
In case the package is not recovered, costs for reshipment shall be payable by the customer.
Right of Retraction and Exchange
The Buyer has a PERIOD OF 14 DAYS from the date of delivery to return, at the Buyer's expense, all of the products contained within the order, in order to receive a refund for the order, excluding shipping costs.
The products must be returned to ATRYOS DMCC in the manner described below:

RETURN POLICY:

REFUND:
Upon receipt of your returned products, refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days by the same payment method chosen to pay the order.
CREDIT NOTE:
Upon receipt of your returned Products, a credit note will be assigned to you and placed directly in your cart.
Using it couldn't be any simpler.
Place a new order for the desired item, go to the cart summary and you will find your credit note, click ADD next to the Purchase Order.
The amount of your credit note will then be deducted from your final order cost.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

Legal Information
The provision of personal information collected in the context of distance selling is compulsory, this information being necessary for order processing and shipping, as well as invoice processing. This information is strictly confidential. The lack of information implies the automatic rejection of the order.
The User has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning themselves. To exercise this right, the Buyer will send a letter to Customer Service at the following address:

Disputes
These terms and conditions and the contractual relations between the Vendor and the Buyer are subject to Gibraltar Law. Gibraltar courts have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the delivery location and method of payment agreed.
